Applications for the 2014 Hitichcock Film Fund are now closed - watch this space for details of successful applicants, and special screeening events in Summer 2014.
In celebration of the life and work of Apex Arts trustee, film maker and actor Frank Scantori, who died recently, Apex Arts offered a grant of up to £2000 to a film maker that lives, works or studies in Waltham Forest, to make a short film.
Film makers are asked to respond to the phrase “News from Nowhere” but may interpret this in anyway they like. Films can be of any genre but must be no more than 10 minutes long.
Launch Sunday 1st December 2013.
Applicants should complete the application form (link below) and send it with a brief synopsis outlining your idea, and a copy of your cv, via email, by 5pm Friday 10th January 2014.
Applications should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and the subject line read: (your name*) - Hitchcock Fund Application
