 A survey is being undertaken to support the Paul Hamlyn Foundation (PHF) Special Initiative called ArtWorks, which seeks to understand and develop support for artists working in participatory settings. Welcome to Waltham Forest Arts Network. This site is currently being developed and tested by the Trustees of Apex Arts. Feel free to join and let us know what you think, but please be aware that this site is in testing and this is not its final version.
